It was a vaccation, i went to my village, because i personally love and enjoy the lifestyle over there. The mango gardens the crops around, the herd of animals grazing around.

The warm days , the relaxing evenings. The hardworking farmers and the roaming tracktors, everything was so down to the earth was real pleasure.

I reached and dadaji said , she has come first time here , give her some food.

My grandmother brought me mango juice and said it its so hot, she will not be affected by heat stroke now.

By the mid-day the weather was cloudy and dadji asked , what would you love to have tonight , it will rain so think accordingly. I was feeling that how much he is caring for me that what i shoud eat, so let me give them some surprise in return. I replied dadaji , i will make our bihari special litti chokha tonight for you all and we will have together.

His eyes were filled with water and heart was filled with much more love.

By evening it started raining and the weather was best suitable now to have that litti chokha.

Everyone was sitting together , cracking jokes and talking over , i started to stuff my litti alongwith dadi ji and , i prepared the sattu by adding salt, chopped onion, ajwain and green cillies was a lot of fun enjoying the cooking with chacha ji shayaris, i was adding some lines too and the happiness that time was divine.

Then after the stuffing i moved towards the mud stove , lit it by putting some well flammable woods as well as cowdung cakes in it. Then i put a net over it and placed the littis on it. The entire process was very interesting as well as the weather related songs sung by dadaji was mesmerizing. In the meanwhile dadji said she had kept boiled potatoes covered in one plate,i took them as choka was my another favorite.

Dadaji passed a smile as he was overwhelmed said to me i am a lucky person who is getting an opportunity to eat , cooked by grandaughters hand. These talks and my adding salt and green chilly as well tomato and brinjal to the chokha made the dinner ready to serve. I really had no idea that by enjoying with family and cooking alongwith would be so much fun.

We all had litti choka , our bihari special dinner with endless jokes , shayaris, songs was one of thye best i ever had.

I really was so happy seeing , everyone loved the food, complimented so good, and the most important thing i felt , if love flourishes in the family, life is so beautiful. We all have one life and i really felt lucky to blessed with a family where love is flourished.

That entire day proved to be one of the greatest day in my life, complete happiness, around so many people cooking alongwith endless talks ,jokes and shayaris. The happiness of my grandparents because of me on their faces.
