Yes I bleed...

I bleed every month for 7 days...

I bleed, I feel weak...

But I am yet not valued for it...


Yes I bleed...

I feel enormous amount of pain...

The pain in the abdomen...

The pain in my legs...

But I am yet not valued for it...


Yes I bleed...

I feel cramps in my whole body...

The cramps in my crotch...

The cramps in my butts...

But I am yet not valued for it...


Yes I bleed..

I skip my meals...

My breakfast, my lunch, my dinners...

I even work for hours without food...

But I am yet not valued for it...


Yes I bleed...

I suffer PMS every month...

Pain and cramps before I bleed...

Mood swings before I bleed...

But I am yet not valued for it...


Yes I bleed...

I am criticized for it...

I am taken as a joke over it...

May be you bleed and see...

Before you make fun of me...

But I am yet not valued for it...


Yes I bleed...

I feel feverish over and over...

My temperature rises every other day...

Every other day when I am on my periods...

But I am yet not valued for it...


Yes I bleed...

Yes I am not cared...

It is always taken as a routine...

But have you ever felt...

How this routine affects every women...

And yet they are not valued for it...

And yes I am proud I can bleed and stand still on my feet every month...

And carry my responsibilities with poise...

Yes I bleed...yes I bleed...
