The sky decided to dance while monsoon took a chance.
Blue sky was embraced by dark clouds.
Thunder was proud and mighty loud.
Trees were smiling with wet green eyes.
The sea looked seemingly shy.
I was there holding an umbrella in my hand.
He was drenched standing next to me near a stand.
First our eyes met and then collided our wet palms.
Cupid was smiling from above ,as he has his own plans.
The god of rains stirred the love in our hearts.
I cried in the rain ,it was tears of joy and love.
He hugged me tight,I squeezed in his arms like a tiny dove.
We love the rains and the monsoons.
It was the season when our love blossomed.
Today holding each others hand we are walking down the aisle.
Blessings are showered on us for the new journey we started.
We cherish our monsoon wedding.
It's just a new beginning with love for each other never ending.
