बंधा हुआ हूँ,

खुद के डरो की जंजीरो से |

चाहता हूँ कोई,

छुड़ा ले मुझे इन जंजीरो से |

जानता हूँ मुझे ही छुड़ाना हे,

खुद को खुद ही से |

फिर भी हूँ कब से,

जकड़ा हुआ हूँ इन जंजीरो में |

जानते हुए भी,

आज़ाद नहीं कर पा रहा हूं खुद को खुद ही से |

बंधा हुआ हूँ,

खुद के डरो की जंजीरो से |
