Social media is like fast food, the more you eat you get addicted. It very easily becomes our addiction but leaving it is like separating a body part from us.

It is not that social media is a bad platform, it is the best way to communicate but using it the wrong way makes it worst.

Almost every person living in this world is on social media in any way because it helps us to communicate with our friends and relatives.

Nowadays it has become a great way to showcase your talent to this world. All you have to do is post your video and boom! it gets viral. But this 'things getting viral' is the main drawback of social media. More than 80% of rumours spread from the social media platforms. People post some unnecessary concockted stories on social media and they get viral like a forest fire. Sometimes it's funny but another times there are also serious issues. Rumours have a very negative effect negative impact on both the viewers and the person or group of person associated with that rumour. People judge it in their own perspective which may harm the person.

Overall it can be said that social media is a good place to interact and showcase your talent but one must not spread fake news or rumours about anyone.

Remember junk food is good for taste, not for body.

Similarly social media is good for interaction not for rumours!!
