I really believed it was forever

was there no vow between us?

was there no pledge?

souls and hearts facing the fog of war

But our kiss was just a bad dream

there was only darkness

it destroys me as a figment

as I bid you goodbye.

You

I could never have loved anyone

the way I loved you

you and I, through time

I shared with you a true love

But our love was just a mirage

it breaks me as a bad dream

there was only darkness
