Memories.

How I wish I could go back

to the moments I miss

which were full of warmth, innocence

and beauty.

The laughs, the jumps

giggles and short triumphs

all crazy and funny plays

along with my friends.

Simple life where no hatred

or anguish stayed longer

just a hug or smile from beloved

instantly cooled down my tantrums.

The pamper I received from my parents

The unconditional love and blessings

pouring from their hearts, indeed

precious and forever memories.

Cherishing every moment of happiness

dancing and enjoying the blues

I have learnt to nurture and value

the bonds in my present I hold.

तू कहाँ था

A deeply emotional Hindi poem about betrayal, abandonment, and hypocrisy. The poet questions the absence of someone close during moments of pain, struggle, and humiliation, while others mocked wounds, blamed the sufferer, and took advantage of vulnerability. The repeated phrase “Where were you?” intensifies the feeling of heartbreak and disappointment.
