Oppression is an uncalled sin. Would turn peccable when you don't defy it. Acceptance is a virtue. Would turn into silence if refrained from consideration.

Throw out all the garbage people have been filling in your mind saying there's plenty of such cases, you're not the only one.

Tell yourself that your pain needs to be acknowledged, even if you're the only one left to do so.

Let me tell you one thing straight. Abuse, be it sexually or mentally shouldn't be allowed even if it comes from the one you trust/love the most. Don't mistake their apologies for their concern. It is the word NO that you have to understand what power it positions you on.

You've got a mind. A voice. And people around you from all over the world to support you. What makes you think you're alone?

But a fact is that they're here for words and will join in with you when you raise your grief turning it to a fight. A cause. A revolution. There are many battling within this ground. You're too a part of it. At least know what as an individual you can do.

You can be the light to the one for whom darkness has become a home to.

Speak for your own self. Help yourself out. For the nights that will lone you and don't worry if you're whispering. Because these little voices are becoming a scream. Mornings are for risers. Rise above the agony. Look around. People have weapons they're using to protect themselves.
