Generally speaking, it can be said and believed that education and employment have no relationship. The basic purpose and purpose of education is to awaken the sleeping powers of the person and make him famous and sensible in all ways. Ensuring employment has never really been the work or purpose of education, although from the very beginning, a person has been able to get good employment on the basis of his good education and initiation. But today, the meaning of reading, writing or getting education is being applied that by doing this a person becomes a yajna to earn a living. In other words, today the direct relation of education is connected with employment, but education is not being made employment-oriented yet. The kind of education that is given in schools and calls does not do anything except to provide the person with naming reminders of certain subjects or to make them literate. As a result, for the literates, clerks, babugiri etc. who are few or few businesses, naugaris, etc., are the person. Or it is necessary to get technical knowledge of typing and stenography etc., then one can get a job or employment of Babugiri. This means that generally the current education of school-colleges is not particularly helpful in getting employment. Or it is not helpful for everyone, so it should be made job oriented. Today all the wise are realizing this fact with full vigor.

Some subjects are taught in school-oriented jobs. Such subjects are like commerce, science etc., on their strength some employment opportunities are available. Science students get enough employment opportunities by revamping their education in the fields of computer and medical etc. Then, in many other ways, education-education has been made till date. It is also being extended. Polytechnic, ITI Institutions like this are particularly active in this direction. Technical education is imparted related to these various TEDs, criminals. By getting it, the person may have gone to the self-employment scheme and can also get good employment opportunities in various establishments. The problem has arisen for those who have received only literacy and its certificates in the name of education. Surely there is little or no employment opportunities in this country for all of them, on their strength.

At the level of behaviour, the stereotypical education system given by the British in our country is no longer able to fulfil the needs, demands and aspirations of the country. Therefore, it is necessary to improve it. While improving, it can be kept in mind that how to be employment oriented? The different types of technologies that have been developed or are happening in the country and abroad today, all of them should be made an essential part of education. The deep knowledge of poetry, story and linguistics of literary subjects, etc., should be reserved only for those who have a deep interest in these subjects independently. Now that the objective of education has become employment, then people are destroying the wealth, time and power of the people walking on the streets, there is no point in leaving them literate. To do so is unjust and inhuman. It is also not in the national interest. To prevent or overcome this, if we do not have to change the entire structure of the present education-servant, we should not shrug or panic. This is the call of the times and the demand of the era.

Due to the influence of time and circumstances, the meaning of education and awakening the sleeping powers of the present person is no longer limited to making him knowledgeable and intelligent. Arrangement of livelihood has also been made for humans in changed circumstances. But one has to admit with regret that the most overlooked area in our country is education. The lowest amount in government budget is kept for education only. Teachers are living and living as they are in absence. It cannot be said to be a sign of health.
