It was a misty winter morning after a night of heavy rainfall in Delhi. Ria yawned after waking up from a cozy sleep and glanced out of her window to take a look at the bountifil nature. However, all she could see was the neighbourhood aunty all stressed up about the clogged water outside her house. Further analysing the situation was her husband who while reading the newspaper almost the tenth time, cursed the government for not taking apt measures to solve the problem.

And, on the other side of her building, Ria saw a bunch of kids full of exuberance, completed drenched in water, all set to float boats while they planned to have a race in the clogged water.

It brought a wide smile on Ria's face. She was assured that the real joys of life come for free. When nature has so much to offer then why do people seek happiness in materialistic things? Happiness lies in the simple pleasures, she concluded.

She wondered children are the greatest teachers. Not only do they have the ability to turn an adversity into an opportunity but also its their attitude towards life that makes the difference!
