How can youth deal with anxiety?


 Those of the youth class today should understand that resting in life is as important as working.

 There is only one dot difference between pyre and anxiety but one burns when one dies and one burns it while alive.

 Today the student is worried for his future, parents are worried about the son's career, but you will be surprised to know that Indians think it wrong to think even for a minute and this is the real reason for worry. Let us also be free from the worry of what work to do -


 1) Stay in DND mode for 10 minutes daily.


  Today we live online most of the time, the biggest problem is that 90% of the waste that people are reaching us is in social media today, which is enough to reduce our time, energy, mental strength. From today onwards, all young friends look at your phone for a certain time and do not talk to anyone for 10 minutes before going to bed, make a habit of staying silent.

 3) Think this thing will be so useful even after five years?


 When we know that if we just see things nearby, it will be very difficult to see far. So, we can protect ourselves from the small things of today by looking at the distance, so let's adopt such an attitude that the anxiety is quickly overcome. If someone did not let you sit in the front seat, no one called in the party, someone spoke bad, failed in some paper or got a low number, then think ..... will this thing be so useful even after five years As much as it seems today, will I put energy on it after five years of thinking? If the answer is no, then why invest your time and energy right now.


 4) handle criticism .. in this way


 People never kick a dead dog. If anyone is talking about you it means that there is something in you. If someone constantly criticizes you, then get away from it, otherwise you will also adopt the same habit. When someone hits you with lemons, then make a syrup and drink from it, you will always be yourself.
