SPRING

Roaming in the garden I was amazed,

Trees were dancing on birds' tunes as I gazed.

Perplexed, I thought what are they doing.

Alarmingly they replied "Heyy wanderer, we are renewing".

Seeing me bewildered, they asked,

"Wherefore art thee so surprised,

Don't you know she has arrived?"

I questioned in dilemma, "Who is't is the lady?"

Trees answered, "The one who makes me shady".

"ßut ain't they your leaves?"

"No traveller. It's she who takes away all the grieves."

Birds said," We get our blossoming abode that we lack,

Only when, she who hold enduring beauty arrives back."

Anxious, I now requested to let me know,

"Who is she? Whom everyone awes."

They chorused, "Dear passenger, It's our SPRING,

We thank her for the blissfulness she brings. "
