You are your own best resource. Are you using enough?

Japan decided to enter steel production in the early 1960s. Two essential requirements for steel production are iron and coal, both of which were not available in Japan. But Japan knew where these could be imported and he also knew where to export its finished goods after this - that is, where the demand was high. Result - By the late 1960s, Japan had become the world's largest steel exporter. It was an industrial revolution within a decade. How did this happen? Better Resource Management!

Suppose the cost of production of a product is 10 rupees and it is sold for 11 rupees with a profit of 1 rupee. One rupee of profit and one way to get it is to sell another 11 rupees, which means that the sales should be increased by 100 percent. The second way is to find out how to bring the production value of that product to 9 rupees, which means that to get an extra rupee of profit, the production capacity should be improved by 10 percent, keeping the selling price the same. . Here I am not advocating to do the work half-heartedly or to compromise the quality of the product, but better resource management. In new and medium-sized business units, the cost of their capital, ie the interest paid on the loan, is taken as their profit. If you look at their performance, you will find that the problem is not the lack of capital, but the wrong capital management. Inefficiency in earning capital and inattentiveness in managing earned capital - this traps them in high interest rate lending. Thus their advantage slips away before they come into their hands. The total sales increase from year to year, but it does not convert into profit and there is no clear reason for this. Now look at large organizations with efficient capital management. Every year they also increase in sales and also in profit. how? Better resource management.

People of India continue to cry that population is their main problem. What did the world do? He saw this population of India as a source of low-cost labor capacity. The world started getting a lot of work done in India through outsourcing and increased its profits. Better Resource Management! Dubai enthralled multinationals in both its interior and exterior, Dubai transformed its deserted and barren desert and made it the center of economic activity. Better Resource Management!

The problem is not that you do not have time, the problem is the efficient management of the resource called time. The problem is not that you do not have enough space, the problem is efficient management of the resource called location. The problem is not that you do not have enough capital and that is why you are not rich, the problem is the efficient management of the resource called capital, however small it may be, but enough to make you rich. Japan became the world's largest steel exporter in the 1960s without iron and coal. Japan produced substantial results with the help of zero resources. So we must believe that with the help of enough, we can give good results.

Somewhere in your life, some resource is either being lost or mismanaged. Look and find out what that is, and improve it. In fact, you are your best resource. Are you using enough?
