Meditation

Meditation ------------------ Hi everyone, During preparation phase, spikes of anxiety are quite common. It concerned me intermittently. Anxiety leads our minds to dwell in either the future or the past and avoid the present. This causes us to be worried about uncertainities even more and wastes time. Outcome isn't in our hand but rather doing our work in the present moment. I used to practice meditation to calm down and return back to studies whenever I felt the need. Many aspirants have asked me about how I used to practice. I am sharing below the link of 10 min Aanapana Meditation audio session of SN Goenkaji. It is advised to do this 10 min twice daily - once in the morning and once in the evening. May you benefit from this as well. Reduce anxiety and be more effective in the task at hand. Be Happy :)
