 While taking a person in our organization or organization, we pay attention to his qualification, experience tact, skill, instinct, age, gender and past record of his work, whereas in reality we should ask ourselves, "Is this person Suitable for the culture and environment prevalent in my organization or organization? "

 


 At the time of marriage, we only look at the girl's appearance, family, studies, religion and caste. While we should ask ourselves, "Will this girl be suitable for my family?"
