Continuous improvement is the only way.

In school, I could not write articles and essays well. Yet as a speaker, I developed a rare ability to present complex knowledge in a simple way. I can clearly understand the truths of life's puzzle and explain them in such a simple language that everyone can accept it. In fact, I attach great importance to life and living. So I thought of having a blast in writing. But who would publish my articles? So I decided to take out a magazine. And thus 'Frozen Thoughts' came into existence.

I wrote for Frozen Thoughts in 2000. I myself admit that I did not like the articles written by me. I soon understood that my grammar knowledge is also not good. A reader went on to throw the first issue of 'Frozen Thoughts' at me, saying out loud, "The syntax is confusing and annoying, the language is nonsense, the grammar is terrible, the jokes are lousy, the color is clumsy. And hundreds of words are spelled incorrectly… This magazine is at the tip of my shoe…. ”Pangs can also be a good source of inspiration, and this is what happened to me. If you throw a knife towards me, I will grab it only on the handle, not on the edge. I had a knife in my arsenal. If your resources are larger than the situation standing in front of you, then that situation becomes an opportunity. I also saw an opportunity in him. The opportunity passing by you and your awareness of catching them, where they are found, is called fate. I decided to write my own destiny. So I set up a team to overcome these issues. If you know how to gather enlightened people with you, then you do not have to enlighten yourself as much. You just need to know the issue so that those people can move forward with that issue. I had prepared a good team. That's how I started working on my writing, and started learning from the fundamentals of grammar, gearing up to learn everything about design and technology - doing whatever it took to scale that responsibility I needed to

I am not saying that the editing, publishing and distribution of a magazine was very crooked, but to me it was because I did not have the necessary qualifications for this responsibility. A situation is considered a challenge when the situation in front of you is larger than the resources available to you. My situation was that the challenge was in front of me. The chair I sat on was not worthy of me. So I had to commit myself to continuous improvement. Things I had to improve, I did. No responsibility is inactive… responsibility remains functional. So your personal development has to move forward keeping pace with it. After becoming the editor, no crown was placed on my head, instead I had pledged to fulfill a responsibility. Today, 'Frozen Thoughts' is taught in 65 countries of the world and has more than 450 centers in India. It is a great pleasure for the mind today to know that every copy of 'Frozen Thoughts' is stored by the readers. And it is also a matter of happiness that this book which is in your hand, it is also born from the womb of 'Frozen Thoughts'.

The challenge of today's era is that the role a person takes, increases more quickly than the person's role. Competence and efficacy come when the person increases his abilities and knowledge along with his expanding role. Continuous improvement is the only way.
